Matteotti 56

Long stay experience

A Young, Modern and Conscious System

The position is strategic: the building is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Florence, an open-air museum that the whole world loves.
Residential and airy, the avenue is between the city’s scenic Libertà and Savonarola squares. This area of the city was developed according to the modern urban plan designed by Giuseppe Poggi, who in the second half of the 19th century completely renewed the cityscape and roads of Florence, the then capital of Italy.

Newly remodelled, the building on 56 Viale Matteotti offers seven flats of various sizes over three floors: a wide and detailed horizon of possible configurations, in which innovative furnishings and modern icons create authentic, welcoming atmospheres with a unique character.
The mature, conscious style of the interiors reflects the flourishing of the arts that Florence experienced in the Renaissance, which then spread across Europe.
The decor is inspired by the iconic patterns of the Florence Cathedral, with polychrome marbles that mark the rhythm of the façade combining Florentine red, Prato green and Carrara white marble. The interior spaces feature an alternation of colours evoking the Renaissance-style palette of the Duomo.

This subtle artistic touch is emphasised by minimalist prints created with high-quality, limited-edition materials dotting the walls of the rooms.

Designed to accommodate young and cultured travellers, couples or families who come to Florence for a long-stay experience, the flats reflect an unconventional spirit, discreet curiosity, and a natural desire to explore new housing habits.
